Refund & Cancellation Policy – PhysioBeast

At PhysioBeast, we provide home physiotherapy services in Delhi with a focus on transparency and patient convenience. This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how appointment cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling are handled.
1. Appointment Cancellation
Appointments should be canceled at least 4–6 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. Late cancellations may not be eligible.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only if the appointment is canceled within the allowed time frame or if the service was not delivered as scheduled.
3. Home Visit Conditions
No refund will be provided if the physiotherapist has already started traveling or has reached the patient’s location at the scheduled time.
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days, depending on the payment method and banking timelines.
5. Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled based on availability. We recommend informing us in advance to ensure smooth scheduling.
